A very nice sweet ending to any day is creme brulee, and to put a holiday twist is to make eggnog creme brulee. The crunchy-ness of the sugar on top always gets to me, and I always want more, now with eggnog flavors, it will really become a holiday tradition and treat.

I had some shrimp over the weekend at a restaurant and the glaze over them were so sweet and sticky, I loved it. This version of shrimp brings the taste pretty close to what I had over the weekend. I ate this in a bed of salad.

I love different styles of rice to pair with meals rather than plain white rice some times, like coconut rice, or chicken stock in rice or this cilantro lime rice. It gives the rice a nice taste to it and can be eaten with any kind of Mexican food.
