Milkfish soup

Water 6 bowls
Milkfish 1 cut piece
Cooking wine 1t
Ginger 1t
Salt 1t
Scallion, thinly diced
Bring the stock to boil in a deep pan.
Stir in all of the ingredients (except scallions) in the order above and bring back to a boil. (about 15-20min.)
Sprinkle some scallion before serving.
