No Frying Chicken Parmesan
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 (26 ounce) jar Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 20 minutes.
Pour pasta sauce over chicken; top with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve, if desired, with hot cooked pasta.

Parmesan chicken is that kind of dish that is easy to memorize by heart, but well rounded to serve w/ pasta, vegetables, or by itself.
