Stewed Boneless Beef Shank
Boneless Beef Shank 2, Ginger 4 pieces, Scallions 2 pieces, Garlic
Star anise 2, Red Pepper 1,
Soy Sauce 3 cups
Cooking Wine 1cup
LKK Bean Sauce
Crystal Sugar 1tsb
Water 2 cups
Minced Scallions 1T
Sesame Oil
Boil the beef shank for 20min. And then rinse.
Boil another pot of water; add all ingredients and seasonings, including the bloodless beef shank. Cook for 2 hours, then remove all the excesses ingredients.
After the beef shank cools, cut it into thin sliced pieces. Top it off with minced scallion and sesame oil
