I have to admit that I usually get these from the freezer aisle at Trader Joe’s but with this recipe I can make my own and freeze them for a quick breakfast or snack.

I’ve never used onion in my mash, but this turned out great. I like it because you just throw it into the oven and you will have some yumminess without all the fuss.
