Caramelized Shallot and Crispy Sage Macaroni and Cheese Thursday, November 12th, 2009

When shallots are caramelized, they become very good to eat, and this is a twist on the normal macaroni and cheese with added sage.

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
